Artichoke Dip

1 cup Mayo
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp
1 roma tomato, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 T. green onion
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with bread or crackers. Also can serve with pita wedges (pita shells, cut in triangles, sprinkled with olive oil and baked til slightly crisp.) Can also easily add spinach to this appetizer.

Veggie Dip

1 cup sour cream
1 cup Mayo
1 T. Beau Monde seasoning
1 T. parsley
1 T. dill weed
1 T. onion flakes
Combine and chill for serveral hours. Serve with your choice of vegetables.

Fruit Dip

1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 T. lemon juice
1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
Mix together and serve with fresh fruit.

Hot Taco Dip

2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
12 oz. sour cream
1/2 jar taco sauce
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Combine ground beef, taco seasoning and refried beans in bottom of glass pan. Combine sour cream and taco sauce, layer over meat mixture. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Tortilla Roll-ups

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 sm. jar pimientos
1 cup grated cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch
Dash garlic powder
1 pkg. tortillas
Mix all ingredients and spread on tortillas. Roll up tortillas and wrap in waxed paper. To serve, cut in 1/2 ince rolls and serve with salsa.

Dried Beef Logs

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 T. prepared horseradish
1/3 cup stuffed green olives, diced
1/4 cup real bacon bits
2 1/2 ounces dried beef, finely chopped
Blend cheeses, horseradish, olives and bacon bits together. Shape into rolls. Chill. Roll in dried beef. Make ahead and wrap in waxed paper. Keep refridgerated.  To serve, slice and serve on crackers.

Party Mix

2 cups corn chex
2 cups rice chex
2 cups wheat chex
2 cups cheerios
handful pretzels, snapped in half
1 cup peanuts
1 stick margarine, melted
3/4 t. garlic powder
2 T. Worchestershire Sauce
1 1/2 t. seasoning salt
1/2 t. onion powder
Mix margarine, worcestershire sauce and spices together. Stir in chex mix, cheerios, pretzels and peanuts. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Ranch Pretzels

3 bags pretzel sticks
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
12 oz. Orville Redenbacher popcorn oil
Heat oil on low heat, disolve the dressing. Heat until warm. Stir often so not to burn. Pour over pretzels and stir to ensure all are covered. Enjoy!
